Hi, I'm Sarah, a mom of two, Cordon Bleu cook, creator and host of UpRooted
Sarah is a cook, mom and cooking show host. After graduating with a diploma in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in London England, Sarah worked as a food stylist for food television shows in England.
Sarah and her family spent 6 years living in Ticino, Switzerland followed by 4 years in rural France. This experience inspired Sarah to create her own show, UpRooted, that shared with viewers her culinary journey in the beautiful and food rich country that is France. It was an adventure she wasn’t counting on and that was challenging given the language and cultural differences, but one she made the most of given her passion for food.
Sarah now resides in Toronto, Canada with her two children.
