Blueberry and Ginger Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie tastes so delicious you forget you are drinking something really healthy! Great part is that kids love it. No begging them to drink this one.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen works well)
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½-inch piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a stand blender. Blend on high for 1 minute. Enjoy immediately.
