Gingerbread Martini

A gingerbread martini…doesn’t get more festive than this. I love the combination of an Irish cream liqueur with vodka. Top it off with a dash of gingerbread syrup and you have yourself one very merry cocktail! Enjoy!


  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's)
  • ½ ounce gingerbread syrup (often used for flavoring coffee)
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish


Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the vodka, irish cream liqueur and gingerbread syrup. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy immediately!


Where I live I am able to find a “pain d’epices” syrup. This is very similar to gingerbread and can also be used.
