Add the Cointreau, pear juice and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake it well. Pour into a short tumbler with some ice in it. Top with some prosecco and drop in a cinnamon stick for serving. The cinnamon stick may seem like an extravagant touch for a garnish but I am telling you that it is essential! The smell of the cinnamon as you sip the sparkling pear concoction is divine….just divine!
