Baked Feta with Tomatoes and Oregano Recipe

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place your block of feta in an oven-proof dish. In a small bowl, mix together the tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil. Spoon over the feta. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, uncovered. Serve immediately with crackers or crostini.
