A special cocktail for a special day and perhaps a special person. This cocktail is delicious enjoyed with a spouse, partner, best friend, or if need be, by yourself. You know what they say…love thyself…

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ounces elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
  • 2 ounce fino sherry
  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice
  • sweetheart candy for garnish, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the elderflower liqueur, sherry and grapefruit juice. With the lid securely on, vigorously shake for at least 20 seconds. Divide between two martini glasses. Drop in a sweetheart candy of your choice for garnish if desired – choose your message wisely!
