Divide half of the granola between 4 parfait glasses. Tuck the fig slices against the inside of the parfait cups all around the glass, reserving a few for garnish. Fill the middle with a layer of yogurt and top with the remaining granola. Spoon a dollop of yogurt over top of each and garnish with a slice of fig. Drizzle with honey to finish, if desired.
Best served immediately as the granola will start to soften in contact with the yogurt.
