Inspired by a post by the lovely Lorraine Pascale, I decided it was time to switch up my usual smoothie by adding turmeric and black pepper. Apparently turmeric has amazing health benefits (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, helps with indigestion, to name a few) that you would be well advised to work it into your daily food intake. This smoothie is going to be my way of doing just that. Oh, and the color it adds is another amazing benefit!
