Inspired by a recent trip to Spain (and loaded up with some Spanish treats I brought home) I decided to make a Spanish charcuterie board. A mixture of ham, crackers, cheese and some other goodies, this board is a hit when you have a few friends over.
This isn’t really a “recipe”- more a suggestion of what to put on your next charcuterie board, adapting it to ingredients you are able to find in your local area.
Assemble all ingredients on a cutting board or serving platter. Serve immediately.
